Cancellation policy
Something can always happen before the start of a journey. Should you have to cancel your booked stay, we are obliged to charge the following costs:

  • Up to 15 days before arrival: Deposit will be retained
  • From 14 days before arrival: 100% of the booking value is due
  • In the event of no-show, late arrival or early departure, we will charge the entire booking value

Cancellations are only accepted with mutual confirmation. Notice pursuant to Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

For this reason, we recommend our reasonably priced
travel cancellation insurance.
