Price information
The prices indicated are per person and day including half board. The price does not include the local tourist tax* of € 3.00 per person/day (above the age of 14). This is paid separately on site.
*Tourist tax required by law (“Municipal residence tax, LG No. 9 of 15.05.2012)
Reductions for children
For the first child up to 3 years cot and half board free of charge, for the second child up to 3 years 50% discount, from 4 to 9 years 50% discount and from 10 to 15 years 30% discount. Only valid for accommodation in the parents’ room in the 3rd and 4th bed.

Cancellation policy
Something can always happen before the start of a journey. Should you have to cancel your booked stay, we are obliged to charge the following costs:
- Up to 15 days before arrival: Deposit will be retained
- From 14 days before arrival: 100% of the booking value is due
- In the event of no-show, late arrival or early departure, we will charge the entire booking value
Cancellations are only accepted with mutual confirmation. Notice pursuant to Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
