Located at the entrance to Valle di Anterselva, our vines grow on the highest and largest vineyard in Val Pusteria, just under a kilometre from our hotel. On our vineyard we grow 0.5 ha of Solaris and Muscaris white wine vines as well as Monarch, Cabernet Cortis, Cabernet Jura and Regent red wine vines – exclusively PIWI varieties. Would you like to find out more? We also offer visits and tastings.
We live wine and agriculture
At the Brötz Hof, our closed farm in Valle di Anterselva, we work with passion and considerable dedication. Our two Siegfrieds are in action every day, Michael is a trained young farmer with a diploma from the South Tyrolean Agricultural School and the Chef of the hotel is even an enthusiastic collector of original Porsche tractors.
From the fields to the plate
Not only our wine, but also our vegetables and herbs come from our own cultivation – from the owner’s farm near the hotel. Delicious ingredients right next door and 100% organic, sustainable and from the immediate vicinity (0 km). Many of our products are also sourced from local farmers, including honey, potatoes and apples. At the Hotel Brötz you can taste the difference: at our salad buffet and with our delicious menus.
ALL NEW Brötz chicken coop
Only a quick walk from the hotel guarantee about 40 chicken for the best fresh eggs on our breakfast buffet and in our kitchen. A green field, the best food and even a solar panel on the barn roof stand for 100% sustainability.
